The Project Manager will assist Client with the procurement, implementation, and integration of a new care / case management system. More specifically, the PM will develop and maintain a project management plan (including a timeline) for the care / case management system project, assist with hiring a project team, including three business analysts, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
