About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator at United Bags, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless client experiences, and contributing to our growth goals. You'll be the backbone of day-to-day sales operations-coordinating with customers, preparing proposals, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and product information for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Support in organizing sales events, client meetings, and trade shows.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling routine requests with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; sales support or vendor management experience preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
