Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients across various settings. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies.
• Administer medications, including IV infusions and injections, as needed.
• Provide acute pain management and support for patients undergoing procedures such as catheterization or spinal taps.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Manage chronic conditions through effective case management and health coaching.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to care for patients.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives when applicable.
