Pay : $25.80 - $38.70 / hour (based on experience)

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will work closely under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping to improve the lives of patients through tailored therapy. Your responsibilities will include :

• Implementing treatment plans designed by the supervising physical therapist.
• Monitoring and documenting patients’ responses to treatment, and communicating progress regularly.
• Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and adaptive equipment usage.
• Assisting with discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervising support personnel within state regulations and practice standards.

This position requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to work effectively with minimal supervision.
