About the Role

The Company is seeking an innovative Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with extensive experience in quantitative crypto trading, XLT strategies, and DeFi markets. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute cutting-edge trading frameworks designed to generate alpha through algorithmic design, risk optimization, and advanced automation. We are looking for a visionary leader who can merge Wall Street precision with the fast-paced world of Web3, possessing a strong track record of managing substantial portfolios within crypto or institutional markets.

You will lead a talented team of quants and data scientists, driving a strategic vision while being hands-on technically, particularly in algorithmic trading, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, and Web3. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in quantitative trading or portfolio management, with a specific requirement of having managed portfolios exceeding $20B. Mastery of the specified technical areas is a must, and familiarity with wealth management sectors in Canada, Dubai, and Australia is an added advantage.
