Position Summary :

The Sr. Manager, Demand & Supply will be responsible for developing and executing demand and supply planning strategies for ethnic markets and non-inventory operating countries. This role ensures optimal product availability across diverse regions and supports global market expansion initiatives by establishing robust supply frameworks. The leader will drive S&OP processes, collaborate with HQ and regional teams, and enhance supply chain agility through data-driven planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Regional Demand & Supply Planning

Develop accurate demand forecasts and supply plans for ethnic markets and non-inventory operating countries, ensuring service level targets and cost efficiency.

Global Expansion Support

Design and implement supply frameworks for new country entries, coordinating with HQ and regional stakeholders to secure timely product availability.

S&OP Process Leadership

Lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycles, aligning demand, supply, and inventory strategies across SCM, Sales, and Marketing functions.

Inventory Optimization

Monitor and manage global inventory levels, applying advanced forecasting techniques to minimize excess stock and improve turnover.

Data Analytics & System Utilization

Utilize SAP ERP (ECC / S4HANA), APO, and BI tools for planning accuracy, performance tracking, and reporting automation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as a key liaison between HQ, regional offices, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution of supply chain plans.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Management Engineering and Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management within global or multi-site environments.

Proven leadership in S&OP processes and regional / global supply chain operations.

Proficiency in SAP ERP (ECC / S4HANA), APO, and BI systems; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Experience in FMCG or food industry preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English; Korean proficiency is a plus.

The base salary for this position is between $110,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, PTO / FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
