A company is looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to support the execution of their public relations strategy and manage agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate PR deliverables, ensuring timelines and materials are shared with the agency partner on schedule
Maintain a centralized PR calendar for conferences and speaking opportunities
Prepare and organize briefing documents and supporting materials for media opportunities and events
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (internship experience considered)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining responsiveness
Interest in education, workforce development, or mission-driven organizations preferred
