We’re looking for a Creative Strategist (Static Ad Lead) who not only thinks creatively but also executes strategically. If you're a hands-on designer with a sharp eye for performance marketing, a love for crafting scroll-stopping statics, and the leadership chops to elevate a creative team this is your moment.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the creative direction for all static ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc. as needed)
  • Build, refine, and maintain SOPs and playbooks for ad creation workflows and design testing
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, and performance teams to turn insights into high-impact visuals
  • Analyze performance data and creative testing results to inform creative iterations and new concepts
  • Navigate Meta and Google Ads accounts to assess ad performance, interpret metrics, and optimize creative direction accordingly
  • Jump in and design ad creatives whenever help needed, ensuring quality and consistency across the board
  • Provide creative feedback and mentoring to a growing team of graphic designers
  • Source, interview, and help recruit top design talent for static ad production
  • Develop and propose video ad strategies in collaboration with the copywriter / editor team (experience in video ad creative strategy is a major plus)
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with 1–2+ years in a creative lead or strategist role
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Clickup, Notion, Google Workspace, and ad platforms
  • Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads must be able to navigate accounts, read performance data, and apply insights to creative strategy
  • Previous experience at a marketing or advertising agency is preferred
  • Strong grasp of performance design, direct-response principles, and platform-specific trends
  • Strategic thinker who can identify creative gaps, test new hypotheses, and iterate fast
  • Clear communicator with project management skills and the ability to keep a team aligned
  • Should know how to use and build workflows in Notion (huge PLUS)
