MDM Lead

We are actively hiring for MDM Lead Engineer located in New York, NY (onsite). Wealth management experience is needed. Experience needed : 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies. Hands-on operational experience with data stewards and product owners. Highly desirable : developing and maintaining applications using Semarchy MDM tools; maintenance. Experience with other similar tools will be considered.
• Analyze Master Data and identify trends and patterns to improve business processes and decision-making; provide guidance on MDM best practices and help organizations implement MDM solutions.
• Develop and deploy data pipelines in the cloud (Azure) using ADF, DBT, FiveTran, Snowflake, etc.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management.
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management, and data governance principles is a big plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions; work collaboratively with product owners and technology partners.
• Demonstrate high standards and a results-oriented mindset suitable for an entrepreneurial environment with quick turnaround for mission-critical technical solutions.
