We’re hiring a part-time team member in Cranberry Township, PA to support customers, manage stock, and keep orders flowing.

Role snapshot

  • Hours : Part-time (25–30 hours / week), day shift within store hours
  • Pay : $16.00 – $18.00 / hour
  • Location : Cranberry Township, PA

Store hours

  • Mon–Fri : 7 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
  • Sat : 8 : 00am – 12 : 00pm
  • Sun : Closed

    • What you’ll do

  • Deliver excellent service to retail and contractor customers at the counter; understand needs and propose solutions.
  • Mix, tint, and color-match paints precisely to request.
  • Operate the POS to process in-person, phone, online, and email orders; handle payments and cash out customers.
  • Handle warehouse functions—safely move, load, unload, stock, and organize products.
  • Keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked.
  • Train to make local deliveries using company vehicles.
  • Report to the Store Manager.

    • What you’ll bring

  • 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license in your current state of residence; no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
  • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 lbs periodically and 50 lbs regularly.
  • Proven customer service skills, team focus, and steady work history.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
  • Comfort engaging with customers and performing heavy lifting.
