• Strategic Leadership : Set direction for project teams and office operations; align project delivery with company goals and regional growth strategy.

• Operational Excellence : Standardize processes for preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, and quality control; ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Preconstruction Leadership : Guide estimating, bid strategies, and subcontractor selection; provide input on design development and value engineering.
• Performance Reporting : Deliver executive-level updates on KPIs, project health, and regional performance; recommend improvements based on data and market trends.
