Telemetry RN Job Details – Cleveland, OH Job Title : Locum Tenens Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Location : Cleveland, OH 44195 (Ohio nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting : Med / Surg Telemetry Unit Assignment Length : 13 weeks (potential extension to 15-16 weeks) Start Date : October 13, 2025 End Date : January 12, 2026 Shifts : 3x12-hour rotating shifts / week (Days : 7 : 00am–7 : 30pm; Nights : 7 : 00pm–7 : 30am; 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights rotation) Weekly Hours : 36 Estimated Weekly Pay : $2250–$2310 Employment Type : Travel Nursing (Locum Tenens) Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience (permanent or travel nursing) Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license (required at submission) Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (all active, no pending) One supervisory reference in Med / Surg Telemetry (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) Ability to work at least every other holiday Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum) Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start Telemetry RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care on a busy Med / Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document care accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Don’t miss this opportunity to join a leading healthcare facility in Cleveland, Ohio.
