New Horizon Family Health Services (NHFHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with the CIMS Network that has been improving the health of the communities we serve since 1992. We offer quality health care for anyone needing a family doctor and medical home. We're seeking a physician to join our staff!

New Horizon Family Health Services offers a robust and comprehensive benefit package to full time employees. These choices / options include :
