Specialty Backup : - General pediatrics, Pediatric Neurology, Infectious disease, University of Michigan Cardiology, Opthalmology and Neonatologists.

Case Mix : - Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension, Pneumothorax, Sepsis, Seizures, Stabilize surgical cases for transport out, VLBW, NAS.

Required Procedures : - Intubation, Chest tube placement, Placement of central lines, Paracentesis, Spinal taps, exchange transfusion, Thermal cooling, ventilator management including oscillators and iNO.

Duties : - Round and manage daily census. - NNP takes first call at night while Neonatologist is called in w / complex patients.

Office Equipment : Diagnostics Full equipment, MRI, CT, EEG.

NICU Level : III
