Location : Lakewood, NJ 08701

Shift : 3rd (11pm-7 : 30am)

What We Offer : Competitive Pay

Hourly Pay : $18.45 / hr - $35.00 / hr

Shift Differential : $0.75 / hr - $2.00 / hr, depending on shift and location

What You’ll Do :

Set up and maintain packaging equipment, including packaging lines, fillers, pumps, tanks, and mills.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to ensure peak efficiency.

Perform preventative maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Assist with equipment calibrations and fabrications as needed.

Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals.

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or GED.

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.

Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery.

Basic electrical knowledge and welding / fabrication experience are a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
