Lighthouse Lab Services has partnered with a national nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure for glioblastomathe most aggressive form of brain cancer. To advance this mission the Foundation has established a CLIA-certified clinical genomics laboratory offering a bundle of three state-of-the-art genomic tests designed to create a personalized treatment roadmap for every glioblastoma patient .
Our clients diagnostic platform integrates Illumina NextSeq 550Dx sequencing PCR-based assays and Bead Array technology providing molecular insights that are transforming brain cancer care.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Molecular Technologist to oversee daily operations in our growing molecular diagnostics laboratory. This hands-on leadership role combines technical and managerial responsibilities including serving as both the Technical Supervisor and General Supervisor under CLIA.
The ideal candidate will manage sequencing operations ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead a small high-performing team in a mission-driven environment focused on excellence and innovation.
