Job Description

The position requires a comprehensive health history review, including immunization records and current health tests. The healthcare professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various health requirements and documentation. Responsibilities may include conducting evaluations, maintaining health records, and collaborating with other healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage personal health history for compliance.
  • Conduct required health tests and screenings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation processes related to health compliance.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Active Driver's License / State ID.
  • Completion of required vaccinations and tests.
  • Background checks and verifications through client-required processes.
  • Relevant professional experience in healthcare.
