Position Title : Sr. Program Manager

Location : Vienna, VA - hybrid

Onsite : 2-3x / week

Position Status : Contract

Pay Rate : $70-$80.00 / hour

Years Experience : 10-15 years

• Required : 10-15 years of experience in program or project management (preferably in HR, Talent, or Performance Management)

5. Coordinate Enterprise Goal Setting

6. Launch Annual Feedback Cycles (Check-Ins)

Critical Skills & Qualifications

Required

Extensive experience managing large-scale HR or Talent / Performance Management programs in complex organizations.

Oracle or Workday experience preferred.

Proven success leading organizational change efforts tied to process or system updates.

Skilled in developing requirements, procedures, and implementation plans.

Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork across divisions and departments.

Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting program data and insights to leadership.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
