Senior Estimator Heavy Civil (Earthwork & Paving)

I'm partnering with one of Northern California's most respected heavy civil general contractors to help them find a Senior Estimator with strong experience in earthwork and paving. This role is critical in supporting project success by providing accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates that guide project planning and execution.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for earthwork, paving, and related heavy civil projects
• Analyze plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop accurate proposals
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to refine scope, schedule, and cost assumptions
• Maintain databases of historical costs, unit pricing, and vendor information
• Support business development by producing clear, competitive, and timely estimates
