Job description

Overview

This is a remote, flexible (full-time or part-time) UI Developer role focused on training and evaluating AI chat models. You will measure progress, evaluate model logic, and solve problems to improve model quality. Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) is required to solve coding challenges and explain your solution.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)

Detail-oriented

Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

A current, in progress, or completed Masters and / or PhD is preferred but not required

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position
