What are the schedules like?

  • Monday – Friday our Member Advisors start as early as 8 : 45 or stay as late as 5 : 45.
  • Saturday hours : 8 : 30 a.m. – 1 : 30 p.m. and you can expect to work up to 3 Saturdays per month.
  • Occasional staff meetings may take place before branch opening.

    • What does orientation and training look like?

  • You'll participate in a paid orientation at our Clinton Rd. Branch, located at 1100 Clinton Rd., Jackson, MI 49202.
  • Following orientation you'll receive hands-on training with one of our experienced Member Advisors.

    • What are some of the responsibilities of a Member Advisor?

  • Our Member Advisors open new accounts for members such as Savings, Checking, Certificate of Deposits and Business accounts
  • Assist the lending department in taking loan applications
  • Promote financial health by explaining, promoting, and offering products and services that enhance our members' financial well-being
  • Efficiently handle financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and night / mail deposits for our members
  • They keep an eye out for fraudulent transactions
  • Utilize technology as part of our digital first platform – using multiple computer programs to provide exceptional service
  • Follows all necessary regulations to maintain security and compliance
