What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage the U.S. Federal sales team to achieve and exceed annual revenue goalsDevelop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with the Federal go-to-market objectivesRecruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a customer-first cultureBuild and maintain strong relationships with Federal customers and partners to drive adoption and successCollaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfactionWhat is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the U.S. Federal marketMinimum of 3 years in a leadership role for a Federal sales team, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong knowledge of the Federal procurement process, partner ecosystem, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignmentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
