What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead and manage the U.S. Federal sales team to achieve and exceed annual revenue goals
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with the Federal go-to-market objectives
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a customer-first culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Federal customers and partners to drive adoption and success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the U.S. Federal market
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role for a Federal sales team, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong knowledge of the Federal procurement process, partner ecosystem, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment

  • Executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior government and industry leaders
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration
