Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Radon and Crawlspace Encapsulation Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating homeowners about radon risks and crawlspace problems, providing expert consultations, and delivering customized solutions to improve indoor air quality and protect home foundations. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring that each client receives the best possible solution for their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Identify and pursue new leads via direct sales, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry events, home expos, and local networking opportunities to generate new business.
- Consultations & Home Assessments :
- Conduct in-home assessments of radon levels and crawlspace conditions to determine necessary remediation.
- Educate homeowners on the dangers of radon exposure, potential health risks, and the benefits of crawlspace encapsulation.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend customized radon mitigation systems and crawlspace encapsulation solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals :
- Present detailed, clear, and accurate estimates for radon mitigation systems and crawlspace encapsulation services.
- Provide product demonstrations when needed to illustrate the benefits of specific solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and answer any questions regarding pricing, scheduling, and installation procedures.
- Closing Sales :
- Finalize contracts with homeowners, ensuring all details are clear and the scope of work is fully understood.
- Work to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Ensure a positive customer experience from the initial consultation through to post-installation follow-up.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term relationships to foster referrals and repeat business.
- Collaboration with Installation Team :
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within specifications.
- Provide feedback to the installation team to ensure the best outcomes for each customer.
Qualifications :
Experience :Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement, environmental services, or construction industries.Experience in radon mitigation or crawlspace encapsulation is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.Skills :Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to homeowners.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and professionally.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Additional Requirements :Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, proposals, and sales performance.Compensation & Benefits :
