Location : Austin, TX

Salary : $90K-$130K (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead automotive construction projects as our superintendent
• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure quality work.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
• Assist in the negotiation and procurement of subcontractors and materials.
• Ensure all necessary permits and zoning regulations are adhered to throughout the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and punch lists.
