We’re growing fast and need a FOH Manager who can handle volume, inspire a team, and keep both brisket and bourbon flowing smoothly.

What you'll do :

  • Be the go-to floor leader and guest experience expert
  • Oversee a high-performing FOH team
  • Keep our bar program dialed in and profitable
  • Solve problems on the fly like a pro
  • Collaborate on strategy and keep operations tight

What we're looking for :

  • 3+ years FOH management
  • Strong leadership and communication chops
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
  • Cool head under pressure and hospitality-first mindset
