The Manager, IT Supply Chain Systems, is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the technology systems that support end-to-end supply chain operations which includes the companys ERP system and serialization / track-and-trace platforms. This role ensures that system processes are compliant with regulatory requirements, and fully integrated across manufacturing, quality, finance, warehousing, distribution, and commercial operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary technical administrator for the companys ERP system.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-user support.
- Administer and support the serialization and track-and-trace systems to ensure compliance with U.S. pharmaceutical regulations.
- Partner with business process owners to ensure the maintenance of audit trails, support data integrity assessments and validation documentation for GxP compliance of system changes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to facilitate development of business requirements, business process flows, and system solution delivery.
- Lead and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
- Manage user access, roles, and security settings across supply chain systems.
- Manage and lead a team of ERP vendor resources to develop and configure in accordance with business requirements.
- Support integration of supply chain systems with other business systems including internal systems and third-party systems.
- Coordinate with business process owners for change control, quality assessment and approval, testing, and deployment.
- Proactively identify and work to resolve project and system issues.
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to ensure system readiness for inspections and audits.
Basic Qualifications and Capabilities :
Bachelors Degree in a related field plus 8 years of Finance, IT, Supply Chain, ERP Management, or equivalent work experience is required.Proven experience in supporting and deploying cloud-based ERP and business application projects is required.Experience in a pharmaceutical or a highly regulated environment is preferred.Knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance / Quality Control Operations.Experience with system design and development starting from business requirements analysis through implementation and support.Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proactive problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.Ability to work within a team-based environment while proactively forging positive relationships across all levels of management, departments, supplier.Project Management, Operational Excellence, and / or Lead / Six Sigma experience preferred.
