Account Manager - Planning & Replenishment (Fashion Apparel) (Bentonville)

Position Summary :

The Walmart Account Manager Planning & Replenishment will be the primary liaison between our internal teams and Walmarts merchandising and replenishment teams. This role is responsible for managing the sales planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization processes to ensure exceptional in-stock performance, minimize markdowns, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management & Communication

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for Walmarts planning, buying, and replenishment teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart stakeholders to align on inventory plans and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, production, logistics) to ensure accurate and timely product delivery and execution.
• Create, update and communicate weekly sales reporting (vs plan, budget, etc) internal and to WM buying teams.
• Conduct weekly communication with WM Merchant, Planning,Replenishment, ecomm teams.
• Help facilitate the item creation process between the item creation team and Walmart
