What You Should Know About the LPN / RN Extended Hours - Individualized Care Role :

• This is a Part-Time DRIVING position covering Newark and surrounding areas
• Hours are 4p-12a one to two days a week, and 8a-8p every other weekend. Also include holiday requirements.
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed

The LPN / RN Individualized Care Essential Duties Are :

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes / facilities. The LPN / RN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You will provide superior care to patients and their families.
