Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient condition, and coordinating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. The role also involves educating patients and their families about care plans and what to expect, supporting their emotional and spiritual needs, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or home health care
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and patient monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support patients and families
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
