Location : Boise, ID 83712 – Heart of Idaho healthcare jobs with access to outdoor adventures and a thriving downtown.

Setting : Acute Care – Clinical Support Unit (Med / Surg Telemetry)

Employment Type : Travel Nursing

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 1 / 2025 – End : 3 / 2 / 2026)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour nights (7p-7a), weekends and holidays as needed, float to Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations

Orientation : Meet & greet plus 3 inpatient orientation shifts

Charting System : EpicCare Inpatient EMR

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990-$2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Idaho RN license or compact state nursing license

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience

Previous travel nursing experience required

BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)

Ability to float within specialty across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa healthcare facilities

Strong clinical skills, including titration of drips (e.g., insulin)

Professional, clean attire (no specific scrub color required)

RN Responsibilities – Med / Surg Telemetry

Provide high-quality patient care in Med / Surg and Telemetry units across multiple Idaho healthcare facilities

Float within specialty as needed, including mid-shift floats and 1 : 1 sitter assignments

Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios (Med / Surg : 1 : 5)

Collaborate with charge nurses, assistant managers, and leadership team for optimal patient outcomes

Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely documentation

Participate in orientation and ongoing communication with float pool leadership

Work every other weekend and fill in for holidays as needed
