Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will ensure operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines, such as FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC / S, ISO, USP, NRC, and cGMP. This role involves reviewing daily inventory reports for exceptions, updating various reports, and managing fixed asset creation and updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational compliance with regulatory agencies and guidelines.
• Review daily inventory reports and resolve exceptions.
• Update zero cost and unit of measurement reports.
• Create and update fixed assets and CIP.
• Manage monthly depreciation and fixed asset schedules using the Sage database.
• Communicate with project managers and update capitalization status.
• Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports.
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements for managers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
