Your Role

IT Applications Support Associate plays a key role in supporting the organization's critical business applications—both on-premises and in the cloud. This position is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of requests for our Business Management software systems. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance technical expertise with responsive service delivery to meet evolving business needs.

What will you do?

Business Management Applications Support & Administration

• Administer and configure the company's business management applications (AgilLink, Eton AtlasFive, GoFileRoom, SharePoint).
• Monitor application performance and availability and escalate and coordinate issues with the vendor.
• Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate :
• Configuration issues.
• User access problems.
• Application errors and bugs.
• Coordinate the collection of client data and facilitate secure transmission to the receiving firm upon client departure.
• Review and validate wire transfer and banking details to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
• Handle urgent configuration requests and approvals tied to time-sensitive banking deadlines.

General Responsibilities

Educational Requirements And Preferred Experience

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum of one year of experience in software application support.

Salary Range : The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
