Borst Landscape & Design, a prominent company in Bergen County, NJ, is on the lookout for dedicated hardscape Construction Team Members to join our team and grow with us. If you have a passion for building and creating stunning outdoor living spaces and enjoy working collaboratively with a committed group of individuals to turn impressive landscape designs into reality, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have experience in landscape construction and are seeking full-time, stable employment.

Your role will include installing various hardscape features such as pavers, patios, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens, as well as performing tasks like mulching, planting, hardscape and masonry installation, moving debris, laying sod, and providing weekly maintenance. While a New Jersey driver's license is preferred, previous landscape industry experience is a plus. We also welcome bilingual candidates who speak both Spanish and English, though that is not essential. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and be willing to learn to operate small equipment necessary for job duties.

We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, along with benefits that include a 401(k), health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and additional perks such as overtime and performance bonuses.
