Job descriptionCompetitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance Health / dental / vision / disability / life insurance / retirement benefits 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships COVID Vaccination, Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with paediatrics-geriatrics TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Active DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection / aspiration
- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
- Treating paediatrics to geriatrics
- Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
- Average patient census per day is 18-22
- Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents [clinical teaching and supervision].
- Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
- May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and / or SJHS-Ply.
