Implementation Engineer / Full Stack Engineer

This is a hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) role in Brisbane, CA.

About the Role

As part of the Full Stack Engineering team, you’ll play a key role inreviewing, writing, and testing code for customized client deployments. By analyzing clients' business processes, you’ll ensure that the Odoo system seamlessly aligns with their needs and suggest improvements to optimize workflows. You’ll also create tailored modifications to Odoo’s applications to meet specific requirements, empowering businesses to run more efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, developers, and customers) to design and deliver tailored client solutions
• Take ownership of assigned software modules and applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Design and develop scalable, integrated solutions within Odoo and through third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot, debug, fix, and upgrade software to ensure reliable and robust performance in production environments
• Adhere to and promote best programming practices, including coding standards, code and design reviews, and comprehensive test coverage
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions
• Implement and refine modification requests across Odoo application modules to meet client needs
• Conduct code walk-throughs with clients and partners to ensure alignment and clarity
• Assist with system migrations and refresh activities to maintain seamless operations

Compensation and Perks :

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $90,000-$105,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
