Not required to have, but must be willing to get CPR / First Aid Fire Safety $500 hiring bonus on the 121st day A retention bonus will be given every 90 days of employment (based on attendance and job performance). Six children in total Direct deposit Paid training days Additional cash bonuses and raises based on work performance and attendance Clear expectations, necessary resources, and support to meet your needs

Friday (occasionally)
8 am - 12 pm.
I am looking to employ a mature adult who will not need to be constantly on their phone or social media. Make a difference by promoting positive relationships with the six children in your care. You will work with the Director to implement preplanned lesson plans aligning with (G.E.L.D.S) Georgia Early Learning Development Standards to ensure children's growth.
Duties
- Six children, ages 3 - 4 years old
- Assistant must be hands-on with reading, imaginative play, arts and crafts
- Engage and interact with children during the entire shift
- Maintain a clean, safe play environment.
- Communicate with children's parents about daily activities via parent app
- Incorporate singing, dancing, storytelling, and play that align with learning.
