Project Coordinator- Telehealth
The Project Coordinator Telehealth provides administrative and project support to the TCOE team, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, processing documentation, maintaining organized project files, and supporting clerical aspects of individual work plans. In addition, the coordinator manages the project's website and maintains its social media presence to support communication and outreach.
Education and Experience Required : Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) with one (1) year of administrative support experience.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registration required : N / A
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Detail-oriented and methodical in approach to work. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships in a professional environment. Demonstrates strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
Responsibilities :
Physical and Environmental Demands : Requires occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal / clinical nature, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds, occasional reaching, frequent sitting, frequent standing, and frequent walking. (occasional-up to 20%, frequent-from 21% to 50%, constant-51% or more)
