Property Manager - HUD

At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Property Manager to lead operations at a HUD high-rise community in Spokane, WA.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about working with underserved communities and managing HUD properties. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 200+ unit HUD high-rise property
• Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff
• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
• Execute value-add and capital improvement projects (with long-term funding in place)
• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service
