Part Time Ski Coach

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Junior Program Director. Engaged in all aspects related to the Rowmark Junior program : athletic development, team communication, athlete evaluations, athlete tuning clinics, video analysis, maintain team equipment, implement policies, and develop both process and performance goals with each athlete.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Athlete Coaching and Development

• Embrace and promote team philosophy regarding whole athlete development.
• Embrace and promote team priorities of : Safety, Fun, Learning, Sportsmanship, and Competition.
• Recognize and promote positive character traits within your athletes.
• Upload and review videos on Sprongo timely.
• Upload and review TeamSnap as needed.
• Maintain excellent relationships with training venues and race sites.
• Attend Holiday Break activities.
