Overview
May Institute is looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist - Employee Relations to join our HR team. Location Randolph, MA (Hybrid Eligible). This is a Full-Time position in the Human Resources team. You'll lead investigations and make recommendations to guide managers and employees through workplace concerns, valuing integrity, confidentiality, and meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead fair, thorough investigations into employee concerns and allegations of employee misconduct
- Advise managers and staff on investigation outcomes and next steps
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all investigations and employee relations matters including notes and reports
- Identify trends arising from investigations and recommend solutions to promote a positive work culture
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or commensurate experience3–5 years' experience in employee relations or workplace investigationsStrong knowledge of employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.)Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretionWhat We Offer
