The role provides intermediate-level care on an inpatient isolation unit, supporting patients undergoing cell therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood product transfusions. The unit performs bone marrow transplants with low nurse-to-patient ratios to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
