Supply Chain & Operations - Oil & Gas - Senior - Consulting

The opportunity

As an EY oil & gas supply chain and operations professional, you’ll use your analytical insight to drive our oil & gas clients’ global business performance. Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations improve their planning, design, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, fulfillment, operations and services processes within the oil and gas sector.

Your key responsibilities

We will support you with formal training to develop the skills and knowledge to solve complex business challenges. You will work with high-performing engagement teams assisting our clients in the strategic transformation of their supply chain processes. You will learn to work with engagement teams, consult directly with clients, assess complex business problems and provide guidance to your team, and client throughout the engagement schedule.

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of supply chain. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist current customer base.
• Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure EY project leadershipare kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients to uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
• Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients.

What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $92,600 to $169,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $111,100 to $192,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter / Summer breaks, Personal / Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
