Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse Details :

Schedule : Full-time 32+ hours / week | Includes every other weekend

2 Week Rotating Schedule : 3 days week 1 and 4 days week 2

Clinic Hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 30am-7 : 30pm (1 hour lunch), Saturday 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm (30 min lunch) and Sunday 9 : 30am-4 : 30 pm (30 min lunch)

Location : Shawnee, KS 66226

Floating may be required to nearby Clinic locations

Pay Rate : 37.17

This contingent, full-time position includes weekday shifts and every other weekend , with the possibility of floating to nearby clinics. You’ll work closely with providers to offer vaccination, wellness, and clinical support services while building relationships in your community.

Clinics operate in 6-week schedule blocks after orientation

Key Responsibilities

Administer vaccinations and injections (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza, TB tests)

Obtain and document vital signs

Provide emergency support in collaboration with providers

Perform patient intake, registration, and checkout

Support waiting room operations , patient reminders, and outreach

Prepare clinic environment for optimal patient experience

Provide assistance with appointment scheduling and sensitive exam support (chaperoning)

Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse Qualifications :

Required :

Active LPN or LVN license in the state of employment or compact license

BLS Certification

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting

Experience administering vaccines / injections

Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Willingness to work some major holidays

High School Diploma or GED (verification required)

Preferred :

Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room

Experience using EPIC EMR system
