Primary Care Physician

Summary :

Looking for an experienced and patient-focused Primary Care Physician to become part of our growing practice.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including conducting physical examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment interventions
• Develop and prescribe individualized treatment plans and medications based on clinical evaluations
• Coordinate patient care by referring individuals to specialists or appropriate healthcare services as necessary
• Manage and oversee daily operations of assigned care programs or clinical units, when applicable
• Lead and support nursing and ancillary staff, fostering a collaborative care environment
• Maintain compliance with departmental policies, safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and quality improvement standards
• Promote health education, preventive care initiatives, and wellness programs for patients and communities
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission and objectives
