Job Description
One of our clients - a world-class healthcare organization - is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join a collaborative team supporting patients. In this role, you’ll be the key coordinator ensuring that patient appointments, tests, and procedures are scheduled accurately and in compliance with protocols. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers while serving as a helpful point of contact for patients and families.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate patient appointments, including complex multi-provider schedules
- Schedule protocol-required tests and procedures; create and maintain study calendars
- Gather and verify clinical and insurance information to support trial eligibility
- Triage patient / provider calls and help direct patient flow
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and providers
- Support scheduling for industry-sponsored and grant-funded trials
