Job descriptionHands-on experience in a general dentistry setting (preferred). Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials. Proficiency in taking and processing dental radiographs. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for patient care. Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend (a plus!).
💰 Competitive Pay : Hourly rates start at $18 / hr , with higher compensation available for candidates with valuable experience!
What You'll Do :
- Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and arranging necessary materials.
- Support treatments like cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
- Handle, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Ensure efficient patient flow by coordinating with the front office team.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
