Responsibilities
Client Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of their insurance products.
Account Service : Provide exceptional service in managing accounts and processing requests, changes, and renewals efficiently.
Problem Solving : Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all data is logged and handled confidentially.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Compliance : Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in all interactions.
Requirements
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Education : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Licensing : An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Problem-Solving : Ability to assess issues, find solutions, and implement changes as needed.
Customer Orientation : A keen focus on providing exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining productivity and effective collaboration.
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is important for daily tasks.
