Field Service Technician – Job Summary

This role involves traveling to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment—particularly battery systems and related machinery. The technician ensures optimal equipment performance, provides technical support, and acts as a key liaison between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment
• Replace defective parts and reassemble equipment to full functionality
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Maintain accurate service records and reports (e.g., expenses, maintenance logs)
• Train team members and customers on safe equipment operation
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (OSHA, DOT Hazmat, ISO9000)
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment per OSHA guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Function independently with minimal supervision
• Represent the company professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 / hr.
