Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol Specialist

As a Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a commercial real estate location. You will remain highly visible to provide peace of mind to tenants and visitors, while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

  • Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
  • Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
  • Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
  • Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
  • Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

    • What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees as required.
  • Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
