As an Associate Trust Officer, you will :

Administer and service a diverse portfolio of trust, agency, retirement and estate accounts, ensuring compliance with governing instruments, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with a dedicated Trust Officer or Senior Trust Officer to learn existing client relationships, operational procedures, and our comprehensive book of business.

Assist with client inquiries, distributions, and account maintenance, providing exceptional service to clients, prospects, and centers of influence.

Participate in new business development activities, including client meetings, events, conferences, presentations, and proposal preparation.

Prepare and review trust accountings, tax documents, and other related reports.

Collaborate with internal partners, including investments and operations, to ensure seamless client service.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of fiduciary law, estate planning, and investment principles.

Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for additional services.

Assume increasing levels of responsibility with the ultimate goal of managing a full book of trust business as a Trust Officer in a designated time period.

The successful candidate will :

Possesses strong business development skills

Has knowledge of fiduciary duties and trust administration

Has a bachelors degree, preferably in finance, business administration or holds an MBA in Trust

and Wealth Management.

Hold or pursuing an industry designation (CFP, CTFA, or ATFA)

Possesses a working knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues,

regulatory considerations and trendsetters.

Has demonstrated success working with teams.
